A: You will receive confirmation that your application has been submitted. We will contact you to indicate our interest in working with you. Selected applicants will be invited to interview in person with us to discuss potential opportunities. Q: What is the application process? A: If after the initial interview there is a mutual interest in moving forward in the selection process we will arrange an "in restaurant" evaluation. You will spend 3 days in one of our restaurants where you will be introduced to our restaurant operations systems and procedures. We provide you with the opportunity to experience the fast paced customer focused demands of operating a McDonald's restaurant. Candidates who successfully complete the 3 day "in restaurant" experience will be invited to a second interview to confirm mutual interest and discuss the training program requirements. The evaluation process includes a thorough review of your personal finances. |
